Des Moines Burlesque is a collaborative community of show producers working together to build a shared audience and improve the experience for performers and audiences across the Des Moines metro area.

We produce burlesque, cabaret, circus, and variety shows — live, local, and made by people who care about this community.

Why This Site Exists

This site exists because our audiences were being misled. Non-local operators were flooding search results with fake or misleading event listings, making it hard for people to find the real shows happening in Des Moines.

We built DesMoinesBurlesque.com as one place to go for verified, real events from producers who are part of this community. Every show listed here comes from a local producer you can trust.
